Do I have to host my website with you to use your maintenance plans?
Not at all! As long as your website is built on WordPress, I can manage it — no matter where it’s hosted. However, I highly recommend ICDSoft (my preferred hosting partner) for reliable, affordable service and fast support.
What if I go over my media or page limit?
No problem. If you need more updates than your plan includes in a given month, I’ll let you know and quote you a one-time fee for the additional work — or we can talk about upgrading your plan if your needs are growing.
What happens if something on my site breaks?
That’s exactly what maintenance is for! If it’s something covered under your plan — like a plugin conflict or issue caused by an update — I’ll take care of it at no additional charge. Major fixes or redesign-level work may require a custom quote.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time if you realize you need more support. Downgrades can be made at the end of your annual term.
How do I submit updates or support requests?
Just send me an email with your changes. I’ll confirm receipt and let you know when they’ve been completed — usually within 1–3 business days depending on scope and your plan level.
