How long does it take to design my website?
That depends on how quickly you can get me your content — copy, images, and any media you want included. Most websites are completed within a month, but turnaround time is a two-way street! I encourage all clients to keep things moving: if your final design hasn’t been approved within 60 days of the project start date, a $25/week holding fee will be added to cover extended project management.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! Your site will be fully self-editable using WordPress. If you’d like extra help, I offer custom video tutorials as an optional add-on — which you can purchase anytime before or after launch.
What if I don’t know what I want my site to look like?
No worries — I’ve got you. You’ll start by filling out a creative questionnaire to help identify your brand style, goals, and visual preferences. Then, once I present the initial design, we’ll collaborate through a revision phase so you can give feedback, discover what resonates, and refine everything until you love it.
Do I have to pay for everything upfront?
Nope! Once we decide to work together, you’ll pay a 50% deposit to book your project. The remaining balance is due once your website is completed and approved for launch.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes. I offer yearly maintenance plans to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. Plans range from basic care (like plugin updates and backups) to more involved support, including yearly audits and minor content edits.
What if I don’t have a domain or hosting yet?
I’ve got you covered. I work with ICDSoft, a reliable and affordable hosting provider I use for 98% of my clients. As a reseller, I get discounted rates that I pass on directly to you. You can purchase your domain and hosting through me at any point during the design process.
