Welcome to the Client Dashboard
This is where you will upload all of your content that I will use in your project. You can organize the content by type (images, audio, copy, etc.) into folders and add/delete any content throughout the design process. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me via email.

Upload Guidelines
Your client dashboard is the portal through which you can upload all the assets I will need to work on your project. Below are the ways to organize your assets.
- Create folders to separate the different types of content you are going to upload (images, text/copy, audio, video, etc.)
- Each item you upload cannot exceed 500MB – there is no limit to how many items you can upload
- Be specific in each file to indicate what it is – Make sure the title of the files describes what it is (i.e. “copy_for_homepage.doc” or “CarnegieHallCurtainCall.jpg”
Below are the instructions for each type of asset
TEXT/COPY
- Upload all the text that you would like to have on your website including but not limited to a biography, services descriptions, blurbs that will be included with sections or pages, headings, reviews/testimonials, etc.
- Please indicate which page or section the text will belong.
- You can upload documents in Word, PDF, or Pages format.
IMAGES
- Upload all the images you would like to display on your site. Please name your image files according to what they depict.
- Your images should be the highest resolution possible.
- You may upload images in PNG, JPG, or JPEG.
IMAGE CAPTIONS
- If you are going to have a gallery and would like to include captions for your images, please provide a listing of the image file name and the caption you would like to include. (i.e. headshot.jpg – Mary Smith, Alto)
- You may upload a document in DOC, PDF, or Pages format.
VIDEO URLS
- In general, it is always best to host your videos on a website like YouTube or Vimeo and embed them on your site rather than hosting your videos on your site.
- Type out the URLs for any videos you would like to embed on your site separated by commas or a line break in a document (DOC, PDF, or Pages).
- If you would like to caption the videos, include that caption with the URL.
